Baked Apple Slices (Vegan+GF)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 apple, sliced
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp pistachio
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- vegan yogurt, whipped cream to top (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Coat a pan with 1 tbsp of coconut oil.
- Wash and core apple. Cut into medium size slices.
- Lay the apple slices in the pan and top with another tbsp of coconut oil, cinnamon and oats. Place in the oven and cook bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with pistachio nuts and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Rest for 5 minutes and top with vegan yogurt or whipped cream and serve!
