I absolutely love this ice pop, the flavor imitates flavor of pina colada. This ice pop is made with low sugar and low fat ingredients, this way you can eat it without any worries!

If you are not a fan of mango, I would recommend trying pineapple, this way is just steps closer to the flavor of pina colada!

  • 2-3 ripe mango, sliced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 14oz unsweetened lite coconut milk
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut


  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into ice pop mold and freeze over night or at least 12 hour before eating. Enjoy!
