Cool down with these delicious Mango Coconut Ice Pop. They are easy to make and it's made with only a few natural ingredients.

  • 2-3 ripe mango, sliced
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 14oz unsweetened lite coconut milk
  • ΒΌ cup unsweetened shredded coconut


  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into ice pop mold and freeze over night or at least 12 hour before eating. Enjoy!
